We take pride in the products we offer. We have been importing Irish goods for over 20 years and providing excellent customer service is of utmost importance to us. We stand by the products we sell and we consider every order a special order.
When we receive an order we first request an authorization from your credit card company. The actual charge to your credit card occurs prior to shipping the item. We will begin processing your order immediately and in the event that we are out of any items we will contact you at once.
Return Policy
We strive to do our best, however, if there is an error on your order, please accept our apologies, contact us upon receipt, and we'll gladly fix it. We want you to be happy with your purchases and we will be happy to accept returns and exchanges within 30 days. Item must be in original state and we will refund you the total paid less the shipping fee.
We are sorry but we can not accept returns on personalized items unless the item arrived to you defective.
